My life is all about surrounding myself with people I love dearly, laughing, and capturing moments I want to always remember. Weaknesses: Abraham Lincoln, bulldogs, and sweet tea. Give me any of those things and we will be instant buds.

This transition has had a strange effect on me. Most of the time I am in disbelief at all the things I have been missing out on (Sheetz, oh my god) or explaining to others that Iowa does exist and that it is NOT Idaho. The culture shock I have dealt with so far are small things: not having a car, bartenders not understanding what Bud Heavy is, etc. I have had a couple moments where I miss being in the familiar with my friends and family, I admit. Although, I just accept it as being part of the experience.
It is all worth it.
